JEC are the Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors for the construction of the new 22,000 sq.ft state of the art Jacques Scott air-conditioned warehouse and storage facility on Shedden Road, Grand Cayman.
JEC are working with architects Chalmers Gibbs on this project. Under JEC's supervision, the project is due for completion at the end of February 2019.
 
Proposed other phases one of the development will include further construction work and the expansion and reconfiguration of existing buildings.
