Commercial Property Management

We offer management of Commercial Properties, both offices and retail. Based on the same effective foundations as our Strata services. From managing and Landlord and Tenant relations to management of the physical building - we seek to promote Tenant retention and maximize rental income. Stabilized or increased occupancy and higher rental income will in turn support property improvements that would not have been possible otherwise. Improved levels of income, high occupancy rates and routine maintenance reduces investor risk, which can of course support increased Market Value; all through active management.
