Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Michael G. Thomas - MRICS, Registered Valuer, ICIOB

Michael Thomas is the Managing Director of JEC Property Consultants Ltd. He is a professionally qualified Chartered Quantity Surveyor elected Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1991 and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building since 1992. He is also a Member of the Cayman Society of Architects, Surveyors and Engineers. Mike is also an RICS Registered Valuer and an RICS Commercial Mediator.

Michael became a Director of JEC in 1995 and Managing Director in 1998 and in that time he has overseen numerous construction projects in the Cayman Islands in varying capacities up to a construction value of tens of millions. He has prepared and overseen countless independent valuation reports, feasibility studies and development appraisals for banks and lending institutions on issues of construction cost and value. In more recent years Michael has been increasingly involved in dispute work, having been appointed as expert witness for both valuation and construction disputes and has given expert witness testimony both in Court and at Arbitration. Additionally, Michael is also an acreddited RICS Registered Commercial Arbitrator.



Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Hayley Bubb BSc (Hons), PgCert, MRICS, Registered Valuer

Hayley is a British Expatriate with property experience in Turks and Caicos, Dubai and the Cayman Islands.

Hayley holds a 1st Class Honors Degree in Estate Management and a Postgraduae Certificate in Urban and Rutal Planning. Her experience covers valuation of commercial and residential property. Reports have been prepared for a wide range of purposes including secured lending, sale, purchase, estate planning and financial reporting, compulsory purchase and development appraisals. Hayley also oversees the Property Management of several residential developments.

An expatriate since 2006, Hayley worked in the property market in Dubai and Turks and Caicos before relocating to Grand Cayman in 2011. Originally from the West Midlands, Hayley is a dedicated runner, scuba diver and serial traveler.



Chartered Valuation Surveyor

Ailie MacGeoch MA (Hons), MSc, MRICS, Registered Valuer

Following her graduation from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in Economics and Geography, Ailie joined the Deloitte graduate scheme in London in 2013. Alongside her training, she undertook a part-time Masters in Real Estate at London South Bank University. Throughout her time at Deloitte, she specialised in valuations, development appraisals and strategic real estate consultancy and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2015.

Ailie moved to Grand Cayman in January 2016 and joined JEC in March 2016, specialising in residential and commercial property valuations. Originally from Speyside in the Scottish Highlands, Ailie is a keen whisky collector and enjoys playing tennis, going to the gym and walking the dogs at the Cayman Islands Humane Society.

Kevin Drysdale BSc (Hons), MRICS, Registered Valuer

Kevin has a broad background in property and development consulting but has specialised in preparing feasibility studies and project managing major projects throughout the Eastern Caribbean region. including engagements in Anguilla. Antigua Si Barbuda. the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands. He has also advised clients on property related matters ranging fron property valuations, property management, and sales and lease consulting services.

Myrna Elizondo

Myrna joined the JEC family April 2015 bringing with her many years of experience in Property Management and Real Estate sales and rentals. In 1992 she earned an Associate’s Degree in Business Management and continues to work in this field building Business relationships and Social networks.



Amber Myrie

Amber has been with JEC for over 3 years, she graduated from the University College of the Cayman Islands in 2014 with an Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management.  She has a passion for management and psychology and intends to further her studies in the future.  Amber enjoys working with the general public and volunteering her free time to the community. She enjoys swimming, going to the gym and dance.
